Something is broken
Tell us the page and roughly what happened. If a grade or a piece of feedback looks wrong, say which submission and we will look at the actual record.
Billing and subscriptions
Changing plan, cancelling, or an unexpected charge. You can change or cancel a plan yourself from your account, but if something looks wrong, write to us and we will sort it out.
Schools and departments
There is no teacher or school dashboard yet, so we cannot pretend otherwise. If a department wants one, tell us what you would need from it: it is the kind of thing that gets built when enough people describe the same problem.
